This special evening will be held on September 27th at Kelp Forest Wellness, whose open and grounding space will set the perfect atmosphere—thank you Kelp Forest for welcoming us in. We’re also thrilled to collaborate with Hermit House Antiques, who will be crafting a lineup of stunning mocktails (with some cheeky add-ons) inspired by their own loose-leaf tea line. Amuse-Bouche – Cherry Wood Smoked Scallop Crudo with Red Currant vinaigrette, pickled Rhubarb, shallot, radish, green apple, scallion oil and crispy pork crackling. 

Appetizer – Lemon Mascarpone Dungeness Crab Cakes with lactofermented baby green tomato, pickled sea asparagus, Ponzu Cream, crispy onions and micro greens. 

Main - Black Garlic Marinated Sous Vide Beef Tenderloin Medallion, Salal Beurre Blanc, Crispy Potato Gratin, Pickled Celery, Labrador Tea Oil, aged cheddar mousse, micro greens. 

Palette Cleanser - Smoked Huckleberry and ginger sorbet

Dessert – Salal and Rose tartlet topped with Toasted Italian Meringue
