“As the founder and head chef of Cloudberry Catering Co., my path to this point has been anything but linear. I’ve spent years working in high-end restaurants, orchestrating large-scale event and film catering, and travelling to explore the flavors, techniques, and traditions of cuisines from around the world. Each experience taught me something new, about ingredients, about balance, and about the joy of creating food that brings people together. It’s these lessons that shape the dishes I make at Cloudberry: thoughtful, vibrant, and full of character. As a proud member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, inclusivity and identity are central to everything I do, from the kitchen to every event we serve.
Cloudberry Catering Co. is based in Prince Rupert, British Columbia, and at its heart, it’s about food and connection. As a proud Northern British Columbian, I’m committed to sourcing locally and sustainably, working with ingredients that are fresh, seasonal, and rooted in the communities around us. Operating on Unceded Tsimshian territory, I strive to honour the land and the people whose stewardship allows us to work here. For me, running this business is a journey in itself: combining professional rigor, creativity, and care to craft experiences that are ethical and unforgettable.”
