Get ready for a fabulous morning of incredible food, unforgettable performances, and community celebration at our second annual Drag Brunch, hosted by Wheelhouse Brewing in collaboration with Cloudberry Catering Co. This special event brings together two chefs who are deeply connected to the North Coast and passionate about showcasing the flavours of our region. Indigenous Chef Janelle Fabrick, Head Chef at Wheelhouse Brewing Co., joins forces with Chef Chris Fraser, Co-Owner and Head Chef of Cloudberry Catering Co., to create a brunch menu inspired by local ingredients, coastal traditions, and the vibrant culinary culture of Northwest British Columbia.

Spruce Tip Pancakes - Lemon ricotta whipped cream, fresh blueberries, blueberry compote, lemon zest, spruce tip syrup, elderflower jelly, fresh mint.

Bannock Bennys with either locally smoked salmon, grilled ham or avocado and tomato. All served with pickled red onion, B.C. Sourced Goat Cheese and house made hollandaise.
